Delivery costs vary depending on the destination of the package and the number of items purchased according to the Colissimo rates in force.
The exact amount of the shipping costs will be communicated to you before the finalization of the order.

The delivery time starts upon receipt of your tracking number. As a general rule, your package will be processed by our shipping services within 48 hours (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays). However, the processing time can be extended to 72 hours during periods of mass orders. Please ensure that we always do our best to send orders as soon as possible after validation.

Please note that Colissimo only delivers on working days before 1pm. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your package at your delivery address.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your purchase. Items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Before returning an item, please ensure that all tags are attached and that the original packaging is present and intact.

It is up to you to organize the return of the article, Françoise does not take in charge the cost of sending the article back.
